By placing an order, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions stated below.Payment
• Before starting the work, we will discuss all the details of the order.
• First, I will create a sketch.
• After the sketch is approved, full payment (100%) is required.
• Work on the final version begins only after the payment is received.
• An unpaid sketch remains my property and cannot be used, published, or transferred to third parties.Work Process
• Please provide all necessary references and the order description in advance.
• Small adjustments can be made for free at the sketch stage.
• After the sketch is approved, major changes may require an additional fee.
• No free revisions are provided after the work is completed.Deadlines
• The average turnaround time for an order is up to 2-3 weeks from the moment payment is received. In some cases, the deadline may change depending on the complexity of the work and my current workload.
• If any unexpected circumstances or delays occur, I will definitely warn you and let you know the updated timeframe.Refunds
• No refunds will be provided after the payment is received.
• If I am unable to complete the artwork through my own fault, you will receive a full refund.Artwork Usage
After receiving the final artwork, you are allowed to:
• Use it for personal purposes.
• Post it on social media (giving credit to the author is highly appreciated).
• Use it as an avatar, banner, wallpaper, etc.
• Crop or slightly edit the image for personal use.You are NOT allowed to:
• Claim authorship of the artwork.
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes without my written consent.
• Use the artwork for AI training, NFT creation, or other similar projects without my permission.I reserve the right to:
• Decline an order before starting work without giving a reason.
• Publish the completed artwork in my portfolio and social media, unless agreed otherwise in advance.If you have any questions regarding these terms, please ask them before placing an order.
